Kyosho's own description is direct about it: the weights attach to the front knuckle to increase tire load and change steering response.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt is a useful tool when the car understeers on a low-grip or dusty surface and you have already tried the obvious steering fixes.
