A stiffer spring delays engagement, letting the engine climb further into its powerband before drive is taken up, which calms the car on exit and suits faster layouts.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAt 0.95mm this sits one step up from the softest in a ladder that runs 0.90mm soft, 0.95mm medium, 1.00mm standard and 1.10mm hard.
