The bone tips round off and the cups they sit in open up, and the resulting play produces a knock under acceleration and a clunk on throttle transitions. Left alone, a worn shaft eventually pops out of its cup mid-corner, and on a center shaft that means an immediate loss of drive.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis is the genuine Kyosho part at the correct 102mm length, so driveline geometry stays as designed.
