About us

Beaverton Milestone Hobby Shop is a dream brought to life by Mark Witek, a proud husband, father of four, and disabled veteran. After years of service and dedication to his family & country, Mark wanted to build something that truly combined his passion for innovation and his love for community. Alongside his close friend and co-founder, Kyle Davis, he set out to create something special.

For those who don’t know, Kyle is a creative force in the world of 3D printing. He’s the original creator behind the Zero G Mercury One and the Voron Trident Sidepack. Together, we’ve taken on the mission of revolutionizing 3D printing, creating custom printers, mod kits, and accessories that are designed to be both cutting-edge and accessible.

But Beaverton Milestone Hobby Shop isn’t just about 3D printing. As hobbyists ourselves, we’ve built this space to be a place where anyone who shares a passion for creating, building, or collecting can come together. Whether you’re into model railroading, trading cards, RC vehicles, or even stained glass, there’s something here for you.

Opening this shop in Gladwin, Michigan, means more to us than just running a business. It’s about bringing a sense of community, where families, friends, and enthusiasts of all kinds can connect and explore their passions. After everything life has thrown at me, from military service to raising a family, I’m proud to take this step with Kyle by my side, working to build something that we hope will inspire and bring joy to others.
