At Beaverton Milestone Hobby, we strive to ensure that your order is processed quickly and delivered safely. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer standard, expedited, and priority shipping options via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and service selected.

  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders (see homepage for current promotions).

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly before placing an order.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Backorders & Pre-Orders

  • Items marked as “backorder” or “pre-order” will ship as soon as they become available. Expected ship dates will be posted in the product description.
