LIONEL 943 AMMO DUMB, 59-61 943
The Lionel Ammunition Dump No. 943 would explode when struck with an IRBM (Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile) that was launched from the No. 443, No. 470 Missle Launching Platform, or No. 6650 IRBM Missile Launcher Flat Car. This was caused by a spring mechanism located in the interior of the ammo dump. It was mounted on a GRAY metal base with four plastic pieces that formed the dump. |
