ARRMA ARA-1602 Shock Tower Set

This high-quality ARRMA shock tower set provides ideal replacement parts for the kit-supplied items on the Senton 223S and Vorteks 223S. The set includes one front and one rear gearbox upper cover with integrated shock tower — combining two functions in a single molded part, which removes a joint that would otherwise flex under suspension load.

The shock towers anchor the upper shock mounts and carry the entire suspension load on every landing, while the gearbox cover portion seals and protects the transmission internals. Because the towers stand tall on the chassis, they also take the direct hit in nose-first and tail-first impacts, making them among the most commonly cracked structural parts on a hard-driven truck.

Both pieces are molded from tough composite material for long-lasting durability, precision manufactured for consistent fit and easy servicing. Multiple shock mounting positions allow suspension tuning — moving the upper shock location changes the leverage ratio and alters how the truck absorbs bumps and landings.
