ARRMA ARA409012 Outcast 8S Painted Body Black

The ARRMA ARA409012 is a genuine factory replacement 1/5 scale body shell for the ARRMA Outcast 8S stunt truck, supplied painted, decaled, and trimmed.

The Outcast 8S is built for wheelies, backflips, and landings on faces of the vehicle that a conventional basher never touches, which puts the body under stress from directions most shells are never designed to handle. That makes a replacement shell a routine purchase for anyone running the truck the way it was intended rather than an unusual one.

Everything is finished at the factory. The shell is sprayed, decalled, and trimmed to its final cut lines, so it mounts straight from the packaging. Finishing a 1/5 scale shell by hand is a multi-hour job involving masking, backing coats, curing time, decal application, and careful trimming, all of which is skipped here.

This is a direct factory replacement for the Outcast 8S. The mounting holes and cutouts match the stock locations, and the shell clears the suspension, towers, and tires through full travel with no modification. Given how exposed the body is on a stunt truck of this size, keeping a spare on the shelf is practical rather than optional.
