Associated 5449 Differential Fluid 9,000 cSt, 2oz

This is genuine Associated 5449 silicone differential fluid, rated at 9,000 cSt and packaged in a convenient 2oz bottle. Differential fluid controls how freely your diff gears spin relative to each other, directly affecting how your car transfers power to the ground and how it responds to steering input mid-corner.

A higher viscosity like 9,000 cSt creates more internal resistance in the differential, which can help reduce wheelspin on high-bite surfaces or smooth out power delivery for a more predictable feel. Associated's silicone diff fluids are custom blended for consistent viscosity from bottle to bottle, so you get the same tuning result every time you rebuild.

Diff fluid should be replaced periodically as part of routine maintenance, since it can break down or leak past worn seals over time. This 2oz bottle is sized for one or two rebuilds, making it easy to keep the right weight on hand for your setup.
