Busch 12341 HOf Feldbahn 6.5mm Left-Hand Track Turnout

The Busch 12341 is a single left-hand manual turnout for the Busch HOf Feldbahn field-railway track system in 6.5 mm (Z) gauge, representing roughly 600 mm narrow gauge on the HO scale prototype. It measures 66.6 mm long with a 6-7/8 in. (17.5 cm / 175 mm) diverging radius and a 22.5-degree angle, and can be switched by hand or driven automatically with an under-table point motor or servo.

Busch's HOf field-railway track is a complete new development featuring the wide sleeper spacing typical of industrial field railways. Its special feature is integrated metal strips that magnetically increase the locomotives' contact pressure, improving current pickup for slow, jerk-free running with strong pulling power, and making the 12341 turnout suitable for the Busch mine railway too. The system offers many track-plan variations and is matched to the Busch field-railway bridge system.
