Busch 1381 HO Scale East German Village Store Laser-Cut Kit

The Busch 1381 is an HO scale (1:87) laser-cut kit modeling a typical East German rural general store and »Konsum« of the 1960s, based on a prototype in the Saxon village of Schleife. It is distinguished by the highly realistic surface texture of its plastered exterior walls, and the large shop windows can be authentically decorated using the enclosed cut-out sheet. One gable end features a wooden gate with a loading ramp.

All parts of kit 1381 arrive pre-cut and factory-colored, and the model can be illuminated with Busch LEDs 5998 for a lived-in evening look. The completed building measures 6-7/16 x 4-3/8 x 4 in. (164 x 112 x 102 mm). Thanks to its sturdy plug-together base, the Busch 1381 assembles easily with just a hobby knife and model cement (such as Busch 7599) or an all-purpose adhesive.
