The Busch 5928 is a complete HO scale (1:87) set featuring two grade-crossing warning blinkers and an electronic flasher circuit operating on 14-16 V DC or AC. Supplied ready to install and function-tested, item 5928 includes two typical St. Andrew's crosses of the style used on the DR (German Reichsbahn) in the former East Germany and still in use today.
A modern electronic flasher circuit and LEDs give Busch 5928 maintenance-free continuous operation. In combination with an infrared light barrier and time switch (No. 5961, sold separately), the blinkers can switch on automatically as a train approaches. Item 5928 adds authentic, animated crossing detail to any 1:87 layout depicting DR-era railways.
