Busch 60052 O Scale Piaggio Ape 50 Pickup, Bed Cover, Red

The Busch 60052 shows the big Italian sister all covered up, presenting the Piaggio Ape 50 three-wheeler in O scale (1:43) with a finely detailed hard box body over the bed, finished in red. This 2006-style Ape carries the same enduring myth that has "moved" Italy from the post-war years to today, and it causes just as much of a stir in gauge O as it does on the street.

The Vespa's larger sibling attracts attention not only in Italy but all across Germany, where individually printed Apes appear in nearly every town. Thanks to the enclosed box body, item 60052 opens the door to further interesting three-wheeler transporter variants. Ready to display in 1:43 scale with no assembly required, the Busch 60052 slots straight into a market, delivery or Mediterranean street scene.
