❓ What atmosphere does the FireX Max require?
✅ Metal Filamet™ materials require sintering in an inert or reducing atmosphere (typically nitrogen or forming gas). Consult our debind and sinter instructions for full atmosphere and profile specifications for each material.

❓ How does the FireX Max compare to the FireX and TVF Sintering Kiln?
✅ The FireX Max is the largest and most powerful unit in the TVF lineup, with a 16.5" x 18" sintering chamber (419mm x 457mm) — significantly more capacity than the FireX or TVF Sintering Kiln. It is designed for production volume, large batch runs, and programs requiring maximum material throughput. The FireX and TVF Sintering Kiln are better suited for R&D, small batch, and entry-level production.
