Kyosho 97002 1.6mm Body Pin Set 10pcs

A pack of ten 1.6mm body pins from Kyosho's universal hardware range.

Body pins are the clips that hold the body shell onto the body posts, and they are the single most frequently lost item in radio control. They pop out on impact, they get dropped in the grass, and a car that loses one mid-race usually finishes the heat with the body flapping. Ten in the pit box is the difference between a quick fix and a DNF.

These are the larger 1.6mm diameter, which is what Kyosho fits across the great majority of its 1/8 and 1/10 scale range. Kyosho's own compatibility list runs to more than 150 kits, including the Ultima SC and DB, Inferno MP9, MP10, MP777 and GT2 variants, the DRX and DBX platforms, DMT, Mad Force Kruiser, Psycho Kruiser, FO-XX VE, Rock Force and USA-1.

The bent retaining leg holds the pin in place under vibration rather than relying on friction alone. This part number supersedes the older FM29 and is a direct replacement for it.
