Kyosho BL14 Rudder Chain Blizzard

Kyosho BL14 is the chain used in the Blizzard's drivetrain. Kyosho calls it the rudder chain; dealers often list it simply as the drive chain, and it is the same part either way.

Chain stretches. As it does, it sits differently on the sprocket teeth and starts to accelerate wear on them, which is why a stretched chain quietly turns into a sprocket replacement if you leave it long enough. A chain that has jumped or is running noisy is telling you it has reached that point.

Wheelspin Models supplies these two to a pack, though Kyosho does not state a count. Kyosho lists it for the Blizzard, Blizzard SR, Blizzard 2.0 and both Trail King versions.
