Kyosho BRG008 12x18x4mm Shielded Bearings 2pcs

A pair of 12 x 18 x 4mm shielded ball bearings, sized for axle, hub and drivetrain positions across Kyosho's Fazer Mk2 and Pure Ten touring platforms.

The shield is the important detail. An open bearing in an off-road or rally chassis fills with dust and grit within a couple of runs, at which point it stops rolling freely and starts dragging on the drivetrain, robbing runtime and eventually seizing. A shielded bearing keeps that contamination out and holds its grease in, so it stays smooth far longer in exactly the conditions these cars are driven in.

Bearings are consumables. If you can feel roughness when you spin one by hand, or if a wheel does not coast the way it used to, replacing them restores drivetrain efficiency immediately and takes load off the motor and ESC.

Kyosho's compatibility list is dominated by the Fazer Mk2 FZ02, FZ02L and FZ02L-BT range and the FW-06 and V-One Pure Ten chassis, and also covers the Monster Tracker 2.0, Sand Master 2.0 and AXXE 2.0. Two bearings are supplied.
