Kyosho IF209BK Radio Plate Black Inferno NEO

This is the radio plate for Kyosho's Inferno NEO, in the black finish.

The radio plate is the tray that carries the steering servo, receiver and receiver battery, and it doubles as a structural element tying the chassis together. That dual role is why it matters more than a simple mounting bracket. A servo needs a rigid platform or it loses effective torque flexing its own mount, and on a nitro car the plate is also the barrier protecting your electronics from the fuel, oil and dirt thrown around the chassis.

It is a common casualty of heavy impacts and of the fuel and cleaner exposure that comes with running nitro. A cracked plate lets the servo move under load, which shows up as vague and inconsistent steering that no amount of trim adjustment corrects.

This is the genuine Kyosho part, so servo and receiver mounting positions are unchanged and everything transfers straight across. Kyosho lists it for the Inferno NEO 3.0 and NEO 4.0 specifically.
