Kyosho IF468 Brake Rotor 30mm Inferno MP9 TKI2

Kyosho IF468 is a 30mm brake rotor for 1/8 Inferno cars. The rotor is the disc the brake pads clamp onto, and on a nitro car it is doing the whole job of stopping the vehicle — there is no motor braking to help it.

Rotors wear thin and can warp from heat. Either one shows up as a brake that grabs unevenly or needs more travel than it used to, and a warped rotor will also drag slightly all the way round, which costs you speed and heats the whole assembly further.

Kyosho's heading names the MP9 TKI2 as the original application, but the current fitment list covers the Inferno MP10, MP10 TKI2 and TKI3, MP10T, MP9 TKI4 V2, NEO 3.0 and NEO 4.0. Check your car against that list rather than the heading.
