Wheels take more abuse than most people account for. They absorb every kerb strike and hard landing on the rim edge, carry the whole cornering load through the tire bead, and a wheel that has been cracked or knocked out of true will not let a tire seat evenly. That shows up as vibration at speed, uneven tire wear, and in the worst case a tire unseating mid-run.

Because tires are glued to the rim, a damaged wheel usually means losing the tire with it, which is a good argument for keeping a spare set on the shelf before you need them.

The 6-spoke pattern is a lighter design than a solid dish, taking rotating mass off the car where it does the most good, though a dish is stiffer under heavy cornering load. Which you prefer is a real choice rather than just styling.

These are the genuine Kyosho wheels, matching the original diameter, width, offset and hex so track width and geometry stay as designed. Kyosho lists them for the Inferno NEO 2.0 Readyset and the DBX VE 2.0 Readyset. Four supplied, tires not included.
