Kyosho IGW008-02 2-Speed Gear Set 43T-46T Shoe Type

Kyosho IGW008-02 is the replacement gear set for the IGW008 shoe-type two-speed transmission, supplying both the 43-tooth and the 46-tooth gear that give the gearbox its two ratios.

In a two-speed the first gear drives the car off the corner and the second takes over down the straight, so both gears see heavy load every lap. Worn or chipped teeth show up as a rough shift, a gearbox that hunts between ratios, or a clatter under power. Replacing both gears together keeps the shift crisp and stops a worn gear from damaging its partner.
