Kyosho IS006B Rear Suspension Arm Inferno ST

This is the rear lower suspension arm for Kyosho's Inferno ST truggy range.

The rear lower arm is the main structural link between the chassis and the rear wheel. It carries every cornering, acceleration and landing load the car generates, and its geometry sets the rear roll centre and how camber changes through the suspension's travel. On a truggy those loads are higher than on a buggy, because the car is heavier and the tires are larger.

It is also the most commonly broken component on any car driven hard, because it is the first thing to take the load in a wheel-first impact. That is partly by design: an arm is cheaper and quicker to replace than the bulkhead or chassis it protects.

Even when an arm survives an impact it can be left slightly bent or stressed, and a distorted arm changes geometry on that corner only. The car then behaves differently through left and right turns in a way that is easy to misread as a setup problem.

This is the B revision. Dealers list fitment across the Inferno ST and ST-R, Inferno NEO ST, ST-RR Evo and the Psycho Kruiser.
