Kyosho LA253GM Axle Collar Rear Hub Offset 4.7mm

Kyosho LA253GM is a rear hub axle collar set with 4.7mm offset. The collar sits between the rear hub bearing and the wheel hex, setting how far the wheel sits out from the hub carrier.

Changing this offset is a rear track-width adjustment. More offset widens the rear and settles the car down through fast corners; less offset narrows it and frees the buggy up to rotate. Because it is one small part, it is among the quickest setup changes you can make between heats.

Kyosho lists this as a substitution part for the standard LA253 and supplies it for the Lazer ZX-6 and ZX-5. Dealers also list it for the Ultima RB5, RB6 and RB7SS, which use the same rear hub.
