Kyosho RF014-1610 16mm Shock Spring 76mm 2pcs

A pair of shock springs for the Kyosho Rock Force 2.2 Jimny, measuring 16mm in diameter with 1.0mm wire and a 76mm free length.

Spring choice matters more on a crawler than on almost any other type of RC car, because the suspension works at very low speed. What you are tuning is how much the chassis droops and how well each tire stays loaded against the rock as the truck articulates over it. Too stiff and the tire skips off an obstacle rather than conforming to it; too soft and the chassis settles onto its bump stops, giving up ground clearance and articulation at the worst moment.

These are the standard 1.0mm wire springs supplied in the kit, so fitting them returns the truck to its factory baseline. That makes them the right choice if your originals have sagged with age, or if you have been running the optional softer and firmer RFW setting springs and want a known reference point to work from again.

Two springs are supplied. These are the larger 16mm/76mm size; the 12mm/64mm size is a separate part number.
