This is the rear shock stay for the Kyosho Ultima RT6 built in the rear-motor configuration.
The shock stay is the tower the upper ends of both rear shocks bolt to, so it carries the load of every landing and every rut the back of the truck takes. It also sets the upper shock mounting positions, which is the adjustment you use to change how much the rear rolls and how quickly the truck responds to steering input.
Because it sits high on the chassis it is one of the first parts to take a hit in a rollover, and a bent or cracked stay changes your shock angle quietly, long before it fails outright.
This is the genuine Kyosho replacement, made to the original dimensions so it restores proper shock tower positioning and keeps the rear suspension in alignment. Your existing shock and camber settings carry over unchanged. The rear-motor and mid-motor RT6 layouts use different stays, so confirm how your truck is built before ordering. Some dealers also list this stay as fitting the Ultima SC6.
