A set of four differential gaskets, the seals that sit between the two halves of a gear differential case.

The gasket is the only thing keeping silicone diff oil where it belongs. When it hardens, tears or gets pinched during assembly, oil weeps out past the case joint and the diff progressively loses the viscosity you set it up with. That failure is gradual and easy to misread: the car starts diffing out more in corners, traction goes away on power, and it feels like a setup problem rather than a leak. By the time you see oil on the outside of the case, the diff has usually been running under-filled for a while.

Because the gasket is compressed and deformed once the case is torqued together, it is standard practice to fit a fresh one every time you open a diff to change oil rather than reusing the old one.
