Natural PCTG Prime

Natural PCTG Prime is a glycol-modified copolyester made from virgin resin, and it does not contain polycarbonate. It's easy to print and an upgrade from PETG for parts that need more strength, heat resistance or chemical resistance: functional prototypes, mechanical parts and jigs, automotive components, protective casings and covers, and containers and organizers.

Key properties

• Significantly higher impact strength than PETG, and ductile enough to bend under stress without fracturing
• Resists oils, greases and solvents
• Heat deflection temperature up to 76°C (169°F), higher than standard PETG
• More UV-resistant than PETG
• Smooth, high-clarity finish

Printing notes

• Low shrinkage and warping, with good dimensional stability
• No heated chamber required
