Noch 66007 recreates Honau railway station and its loading ramp in HO scale as a detailed laser-cut kit. Honau stood at the heart of the Echaz Railway from Reutlingen to Münsingen in Baden-Württemberg, completed in 1893, where the steepest standard-gauge rack railway in Germany began its climb toward Lichtenstein at a gradient of 100 percent. Architecturally, the station and its two extensions were built in the Swiss chalet style and served as the prototype for the Württemberg standard station type III, with a beautiful half-hipped roof and lovingly detailed beams, wooden cladding and porches.
The finished model of item 66007 measures 11 x 6-5/16 x 5-7/8 inches (28 x 16 x 15 cm) and consists of the main building together with a separate ramp.
