Preiser 16534 HO Scale German Field Howitzer Plastic Kit

Preiser 16534 models the 10.5cm light field howitzer leFH 18/40 of the former German Army in HO scale (1:87), a late-war German Reich artillery development in the Era II (1920s-1945) period. The leFH 18/40 combined the proven 10.5cm barrel with the lighter carriage of the PaK 40 anti-tank gun, and this model reproduces that hybrid gun-on-carriage configuration for authentic late-WWII artillery scenes.

Item 16534 is supplied as an unpainted plastic model kit to build and paint, letting you assemble the detailed field gun and finish it to your own standard. Building 16534 yourself allows accurate placement in a firing line or gun pit, and the bare-plastic construction is ideal for realistic base coats and weathering at true 1:87 proportions.
