The Traxxas 10530 is the Titan Drift 21-turn brushed motor. With 21 turns of pure copper wire, it delivers smooth, predictable power at any RPM to initiate a slide with the blip of the throttle. An internal fan routes cooling air through the can for longer run times and lower temperatures.

Turn count is the key specification. A higher turn count like 21T produces lower RPM but far more controllable throttle response, which is precisely what drifting requires. Raw power is not the goal: the ability to break traction deliberately, hold it, and modulate it with fine throttle inputs is. A low-turn high-RPM motor makes that far harder by delivering power in a surge rather than a progression.

The pure copper winding matters for consistency. Copper carries current with less resistance than cheaper alternatives, which means less waste heat and more repeatable output as the motor warms through a run.

The internal cooling fan addresses the main limitation of brushed motors. Heat builds during sustained running and degrades performance as it does, so routing air through the can keeps output steadier for longer and extends motor life.

A direct-fit replacement and the correct motor choice for a drift setup rather than a general-purpose brushed can. Genuine Traxxas part.
