The Traxxas 7431 is a pair of adjustable steel camber links measuring 63 mm centre to centre. They replace non-adjustable front camber links with steel turnbuckles, giving trackside camber adjustment without removing or swapping parts.
That is the whole point of the upgrade. A fixed link locks camber at whatever the factory decided. A turnbuckle lets you dial it in between runs with a wrench, so the setup can be tuned to the surface rather than accepted as a compromise.
Camber determines how much of the tyre contact patch stays planted through cornering, and on a rally car running mixed surfaces that is worth having control over. Tarmac and loose gravel reward different settings, and being able to change between them takes minutes.
Steel matters on a link that sits exposed at the front of the vehicle and takes direct impact in a crash. Steel turnbuckles resist bending far better than lighter alternatives, so a camber setting survives the session instead of quietly shifting after the first hard hit.
They come assembled with rod ends and hollow balls already fitted, which removes the fiddliest part of installation.
Note that Traxxas' own listing gives two measurements: 49 mm link length, 63 mm centre to centre. The 63 mm figure is the one in the part heading.
Sold as a pair. Genuine Traxxas part.
