The belted Sledgehammer tires deliver game-changing stability and control whether you're slinging mud or setting speed records. The wide, open-block tread design won't clog with dirt or debris, and the lightweight belting maintains the tire's shape for a larger contact patch, more grip, and responsive handling at any speed. Power reaches the ground through an all-metal 8S driveline backed by the Cush Drive system, a high-strength extruded aluminum center shaft, and Traxxas's strongest steel driveshafts, with a Torque-Biasing Center Drive feeding huge steel four-gear differentials.

Four enormous oil-filled GTX aluminum shocks smooth out the roughest terrain for the plush ride that made Maxx trucks famous, and the large oil volume dissipates heat for consistent damping all day.

Requires: Dual 4-cell 6700mAh Power Cell LiPo batteries (#2890X) or the Dual 4S Completer Pack (#2997), a Dual 4S-capable charger such as the EZ-Peak Live (#2973), and four AA batteries for the transmitter.
