Traxxas offers the medium GTX spring in ten rates so you can tune XRT suspension performance or compensate for a lighter or heavier vehicle setup. The higher the rate number, the firmer the spring. At 4.10 this sits in the firmer half of the XRT range, a common choice for heavier battery setups or high-speed running where you want to limit suspension travel.

A stiffer spring reduces chassis roll and increases steering responsiveness, at the cost of some mechanical traction. A softer spring does the opposite and is more forgiving over rough ground.

Fits: Traxxas XRT (78086-4) and XRT Ultimate (78097-4).

Direct replacement for the factory spring and fits the stock GTX shocks with no modification.
