Walthers Cornerstone 933-2916 HO Diesel House Kit

Keep your diesel fleet road-ready with the Walthers Cornerstone 933-2916 Diesel House, patterned after structures used by railroads across the continent. At many yards the diesel house is a hotbed of activity, where arriving locomotives are run through for inspection, light repairs and adjustments before returning to service or being sent to the backshop for major work.

The 933-2916 includes realistic interior inspection walkways and below-track inspection pits, and there is even room inside for the Overhead Traveling Crane (933-3102, sold separately). The building holds diesels up to 17" 43.1cm long on three tracks, perfect for classic or modern power on a 1950s or later layout. Molded in appropriate colors with clear window glazing, it measures 9-1/4 x 16-7/8 x 6-1/2" 23.5 x 42.8 x 16.4cm, with track centerlines edge to edge at 1-1/2", 4-3/4" and 8".
