Walthers Cornerstone 933-2920 HO Mission-Style Depot Kit

Bring authentic Southwestern flavor to your railroad with the Walthers Cornerstone 933-2920 Mission-Style Depot, based on a standard Santa Fe design used across the system. As Santa Fe promoted the American Southwest as a vacation destination, it redid many stations with pinkish-tan stucco walls, tile roofs and mission-style trim to resemble traditional adobe buildings, and similar stations appeared on several railroads.

This easy-to-build HO structure kit captures that look with a realistic stucco structure, clay tile roof, window glazing, wood trim, a brick platform and realistic printed signs. Depending on the location, a matching stucco freight station could be added nearby, easily modeled with the Mission-Style Freight House (933-2921, sold separately). Many prototypes still stand and have been repurposed, so the 933-2920 looks great on any layout set from the 1930s to the present. It is molded in four colors plus clear and measures 11-5/16 x 6-7/16 x 3-3/4" 28.7 x 16.3 x 9.5cm.
