Typical of purpose-built facilities that began appearing in the 1930s and remain in use today, this detailed brick structure is a must-have for engine terminals and shops, and it is easily adapted to serve other kinds of industry as well.

The 933-2923 features a separate office that installs on the left or right side, a slotted base that accepts popular rail sizes (rail sold separately) and modeler-installed under-track inspection pits. Separate windows, doors, roof vents and downspouts add realism, and it is molded in three colors. Based on a Milwaukee Road prototype similar to facilities used by many railroads, the main building measures 18-1/2 x 8-1/4 x 4-3/4" 47 x 21 x 12cm, with track centers at 3-1/4" 8.2cm and an office of 7-3/16 x 3-11/32 x 2-13/16".
