The Walthers Cornerstone 933-3137 is an HO scale Rubber Mat-Style Grade Crossing kit that captures the look of the crossing installations railroads have used from the 1970s onward. Its tapered concrete approaches are shaped to match the parts found in the Concrete Street System kits (933-3138, sold separately), yet they work just as well alongside other roadway components or your own scratchbuilt streets.
Molded in styrene, this 933-3137 kit builds one complete single or double-track crossing and includes a simulated rubber roadway mat plus separate sidewalk approaches. Assembly is straightforward, and the finished crossing paints and weathers easily to suit any modern-era scene where road meets rail.
Key Features:
- HO scale (1:87) grade crossing detail kit
- Item number 933-3137 from Walthers Cornerstone
- Simulated rubber roadway crossing mat
- Tapered concrete roadway approaches match parts in 933-3138
- Separate sidewalk approaches included
- Builds one complete single or double-track crossing
- Easy-to-build plastic kit typical of installations from the 1970s on
