Walthers Cornerstone 933-3144 HO Sawmill Outbuildings Kit

The Walthers Cornerstone 933-3144 Sawmill Outbuildings kit adds four complete structures to 1950s and later sawmill operations. Designed as accessories for the Mountain Lumber Co. Saw Mill (933-3058, sold separately), these buildings represent the equipment found at mills and other businesses that generate wood chips and waste.

The 933-3144 kit includes a Log Debarker, where bark is ground away from incoming logs; a Wood Chipper that reduces scrap lumber and bark into chips; and two chip loaders. The Rail Car Wood Chip Loader is equipped for filling wood chip hoppers and gondolas, while the Truck Wood Chip Loader comes with a gravity-feed storage bin and blower details. Finished sizes are: Log Debarker 5 x 5 x 4-3/8" 12.5 x 12.5 x 10.9cm, Wood Chipper 2-1/4 x 1-3/4 x 5-3/4" 5.6 x 4.3 x 14.3cm, and Rail Car Loader 2-1/2 x 3-3/4 x 4-3/8" 6.2 x 9.3 x 10.9cm.
