Walthers Cornerstone 933-3185 HO Single-Track Truss Bridge Kit

The Walthers Cornerstone 933-3185 is an HO scale Single-Track Railroad Truss Bridge kit, patterned after one of the most common bridge designs used by North American railroads. Truss spans like this were installed anywhere a longer crossing was needed, carrying a single track above streams, rivers, other rail lines and roads where clearance below the structure was required. Because these bridges have been in service since the late 1800s, the model looks right on any steam-era layout, yet it stands tall enough to clear modern double-stacks and auto racks.

This assembly kit captures realistic trusses, chords and bridge shoes for an authentic right of way, and it comes with safety sign and graffiti decals to add the finishing touches. Part of the Cornerstone Engineered Bridge System, 933-3185 measures 20 x 3-1/4 x 5" (50 x 8.1 x 12.5cm) as shown. Please note that this bridge is wider than other single-track spans in the series, so if you plan to use piers, the Double-Track Railroad Bridge Concrete Piers (933-4552) are sold separately.
