Walthers Cornerstone 933-3240 N Clarkesville Depot Kit

Based on a typical wooden train station, the Walthers Cornerstone Clarkesville Depot, item 933-3240, represents the standard depots built across North America after 1900. Many railroads adopted a single design used system-wide, so it was common to see several nearly identical stations along a line. Although this model follows a Union Pacific design, very similar stations served railroads from coast to coast, making it right at home in larger towns.

Item 933-3240 is a combination passenger and freight station featuring wood walls with wainscoting, an operator's bay, and baggage room doors. Two different styles of eave brackets and trim let you customize the look, and printed station name signs and clear window glazing are included. Parts are molded in appropriate colors, and the finished depot measures 5-1/4 x 2 x 1-7/8" (13.3 x 5 x 4.7cm).
