The Walthers Cornerstone 933-4067 Modern Concrete Warehouse is an HO scale structure kit that recreates a general-purpose, rail and truck served facility for industrial parks of the 1970s and later. Modeled on the tilt-up concrete buildings that spread across North America, it makes a natural destination for boxcars and trucks and fits nicely into a light manufacturing setting.

This Cornerstone kit can be built in more than one arrangement and includes multiple truck doors, a railcar door so cars can be unloaded inside, and a window wall section to suggest a small office. Correct height truck and railcar loading docks with weather bellows, industrial electric meters with a junction box, four roof-mounted air conditioners, and modern square security lights are all part of the kit. Molded cut lines make customizing quick, and it can be expanded with additional kits or add-on accessories sold separately.
