A fixture of contemporary industrial parks, the Walthers Cornerstone 933-4132 Small Business Center is a perfect home for any HO scale start-up company or light manufacturing operation. Based on tip-up style panel structures seen all across North America, the kit features a modern front facade with large office-style windows and double doors for both front and side entrances, plus a raised sidewalk. The back wall provides easy access and a drive-in door for trucks.

The 933-4132 uses raised walkway construction that simplifies scenery work, letting you model a higher front parking lot and a lower truck dock at the rear as seen at many real facilities. Four correct-height truck dock doors with weather bellows and seals plus an inside loading door are included, along with printed signs for a variety of businesses. The kit can be built in multiple configurations or customized using molded cut lines, and it fits layouts from the 1980s to the present. An electrical box, roof vents and four roof-mounted air conditioners are included, along with modern square security lights that can be upgraded with the Modern Wall Light 3-Pack (949-4318), sold separately. Molded in five colors plus clear plastic, this kit measures 18-1/4 x 10-7/16 x 5-1/4" (46.3 x 26.5 x 13.3cm) as shown and requires assembly.
