Carry a single track across a modest gap with the Walthers Cornerstone 50' Single-Track Railroad Through Girder Bridge, item 933-4501. This model recreates one of the most common North American railroad bridge designs, a riveted plate-girder span of the type used for decades to cross distances between 30 and 90' (9.1 to 30.4m). Because it is a through girder bridge, the track runs between the girders, providing extra clearance over highways, waterways, and other railroads.

Part of the Cornerstone Engineered Bridge System, the 933-4501 kit is designed to match the system's abutments and bridge piers. It builds as a single-track bridge but includes an optional center girder for easy conversion to double-track, or combine kits to model a wider right-of-way. Plastic parts are molded in color with authentic rivets and fine detail, and the bridge works well with WalthersTrack Code 83 Bridge Track 948-83004 or other track. As shown, it measures 6-15/16 x 2-3/8 x 1-3/32" (17.6 x 6 x 2.7cm).
