Typical of bridges used for decades on lines large and small, this deck girder design runs the track on top of the girders with unlimited overhead and side clearance for passing trains. It works as a stand-alone bridge on abutments or as part of a larger viaduct with piers, Steel Railroad Bridge Towers, or Bridge Tower Bents.

Part of the Cornerstone Engineered Bridge System, the 933-4507 kit is molded in dark gray plastic with simulated steel construction and builds with an open or ballasted deck. Add Single-Track Center Piers (933-4550) and Abutments (933-4551) as needed, then complete the crossing with WalthersTrack Code 83 Bridge Track 948-83004 or other track of your choice, sold separately. As shown, the bridge measures 9-5/8 x 1-3/8 x 1-1/2" (24.4 x 3.5 x 3.8cm).
