Walthers Cornerstone 933-4510 HO Double-Track Truss Bridge Kit

Model a long, dramatic river crossing with the Walthers Cornerstone Modernized Double-Track Railroad Truss Bridge, item 933-4510. Patterned after one of the most common truss designs used by railroads, it spans anywhere extra length is needed above streams, rivers, other rail lines, and roads that require clearance below. Realistic trusses, chords, and bridge shoes give it authentic character, and included safety sign and graffiti decals add a finishing touch.

Because truss bridges like this have been in service since the late 1800s, the 933-4510 looks right at home on a steam-era pike, yet it stands tall enough to clear modern double-stacks and auto racks up to 3-1/16" (7.7cm). The kit includes parts to build either a steam or modern-era version, with highly detailed components molded in dark gray plastic featuring simulated rivets. Use it with WalthersTrack Code 83 Bridge Track 948-83004, sold separately. The finished bridge measures 15 x 5 x 4-1/2" (38.1 x 12.7 x 11.4cm).
