Typical of the more ornate concrete overpasses built for residential and suburban areas from World War I onward, it reflects the era when growing auto traffic made grade-crossing replacements a better option, and many such structures remain in service today. It pairs easily with the Cornerstone Asphalt, Brick, and Concrete Street System kits, each sold separately.

The 933-4560 builds a double-track railroad ballasted deck-bridge with a two-lane roadway below, offering a scale 14' (4.2m) of clearance between the roadway and the bridge deck. Ornate concrete panels, walkway railings, and arched column supports add character, while separate wing walls can be set for straight or angled installations. Parts are molded in concrete and dark gray plastic. Overall with wing walls, it measures 12-3/8 x 9-1/4 x 3-1/16" (31.4 x 23.4 x 7.7cm); the bridge and abutments alone are 8-1/2 x 5" (21.5 x 12.7cm), with a track height from the street of 2-5/8" (6.6cm).
