Add hauling muscle to your HO scale aggregate operations with the Walthers Mainline 34' Greenville 100-Ton 2-Bay Hopper. Introduced in the 1970s, these rugged open-top cars were built to move dense bulk commodities such as ballast, sand, gravel, crushed stone, and ore, loads that call for high capacity rather than the weather protection of a closed car. Many remain in service on aggregate trains and local freights today.
This undecorated release, item 910-6900, is a blank canvas ready for the road name and paint scheme of your choice. It features factory-applied separate door and brake details and a heavy die-cast metal underframe that gives the car excellent tracking whether loaded or empty. Item 910-6900 rolls on correct 36" RP-25 turned-metal wheelsets and comes equipped with Proto MAX metal knuckle couplers, and it is offered as a one-time run.
Key Features:
- HO scale (1:87) 34' Greenville 100-Ton 2-bay hopper from Walthers Mainline
- Item 910-6900, undecorated for custom painting and lettering
- Ready to run for hauling ballast, sand, gravel, ore, and other bulk loads
