Responding to a growing shortage of serviceable cars, ACF and other builders introduced a new generation of larger equipment in the 1970s, adding width and height to boost carrying capacity. These cars remain in service today for Railbox and many other roads, moving all kinds of general freight from coast to coast.

Item 910-2100 is a one-time run of these road numbers with limited quantity available, and it comes fully assembled. The model captures correct Plate B dimensions with 41'3" truck centers, a 15'2" height and a 10'8" width. It rides on correct 33" RP-25 metal wheelsets and is fitted with Proto MAX metal knuckle couplers.
