Walthers SceneMaster 949-2600 HO 40' Flexi-Van Trailer CB&Q

Capture the color of early intermodal railroading with the Walthers SceneMaster 949-2600 Flexi-Van 40' Trailer 2-Pack lettered for Chicago, Burlington & Quincy with a large name placard and side doors. Introduced in 1958 with removable wheels for use on specially equipped Flexi-Van flatcars, these trailers were later converted to standard 40' trailers for road and rail service and lasted into the 1980s. Both are fully assembled and ready for service.

Item 949-2600 includes two trailers with detailed wheels and bogie with landing gear, and side doors as appropriate for the prototype. They make an authentic load for early intermodal flatcars, available separately, or serve as standalone detail on highways and in terminals.
