The Walthers SceneMaster 949-8650 is an HO scale 20' smooth-side container delivered undecorated and ready to run. It captures the look of the 20' containers that expanded intermodal traffic on 1960s and 70s era railroads, giving modelers a blank canvas for a custom road name or paint scheme.
The 949-8650 includes authentic rivet, door latch, and hinge details in either an end-door or right-side door version as appropriate to the prototype. It makes a period-correct load for WalthersMainline G85 and 60' Pullman-Standard VTTX container flatcars (each sold separately).
